Project Impact & Reconciliation Report

The Recreation Portfolio Lead is tasked with drafting the formal “Project Impact Report” for the first phase of the inclusive play area installation on the Village Green. This report must include a full financial reconciliation of the developer contributions (CIL) used for the project, as well as photographic evidence demonstrating the accessibility features of the new equipment. The lead is also instructed to coordinate a “ribbon-cutting” ceremony involving local primary school students to promote the facility and gather initial user feedback for the Phase 2 planning report. This completed document will be published in the “Reports” module of the website, providing the public with transparent proof of how infrastructure funds are being utilized for community benefit.
